The DEF Urea Plant - 2000 LPH, SS 304 & FRP is an industrial system that creates urea solution for Diesel Exhaust Fluid applications. It processes 2000 liters every hour and it generates 40 000 liters each day to meet the needs of large manufacturing facilities. The manufacturers use Stainless Steel 304 & Fibre Reinforced Plastic to build the structure - those materials prevent damage from chemicals and they maintain the shape of the equipment during constant use. The system transforms Technical Grade urea into a liquid. It maintains a purity level of 99 % so that the solution fulfills the requirements for industrial use. To help with movement plus storage, the plant fills drums that hold 50 liters and weigh 50 kg. As the raw urea is a solid, the machinery dissolves the granules to produce the fluid. The factory is located in India. It operates without frequent failures and it provides a uniform product for companies that manufacture urea & Diesel Exhaust Fluid.

How the Plant Works

A typical DEF production facility operates through a specific, highly controlled mechanical process:

Water Purification: Raw water is processed through a Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Demineralization (DM) system to remove impurities, creating ultra-pure water.

Blending: Automotive-grade (technical) urea is added to the purified water in industrial-grade Stainless Steel (SS304 or SS316) mixing tanks.

Quality Control: The precise mixture is tested to ensure a 32.5% urea concentration, complying with global quality standards such as ISO 22241.

Plant Specifications & Equipment

Capacity: Ranges from small-scale setups producing 500 liters/hour to large industrial plants.

Space Needed: Requires roughly 1,500 to 2,000 square feet for blending machinery, storage, and packaging.
