Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) is a high-purity water recovery system that produces a solid waste stream and does not have to discharge liquid waste. When water is used as part of an industrial process, it can come in contact with solvents, chemicals, and other harmful agents. ZLD systems are designed to remove contaminants from the wastewater, which may consist of a clarifier or reactor, ultrafiltration (UF), and filters. ZLD reduces wastewater discharge criteria and the associated cost of water for industries, making it an economical solution for both clean water and sustainable manufacturing.

Next, we use an evaporator for vaporizing access water in the final stages of waste concentration before crystallizing, and finish it all off with a crystallizer to boil off any remaining liquid�leaving you with a dry, solid cake for disposal.
