Through the primary, secondary and tertiary treatment systems, the effluent is processed through the various grooves of fine filtration followed by Reverse Osmosis, to generate a high TDS stream which is then evaporated to allow the reduction of liquid waste, in turn crystallizing them to salts present in the effluent, ensuring the reduction of the environmental footprint of industrial site.It enhaces company image as a responsible manufacturer and buyers in international market give preference to such manufacturers. This, in the near future, is going to be one of the important requirements for setup and smooth functioning of an industry.Aakar Engineer offers a combination of these related services, requirements and skills along with designing a Zero Liquid Discharge System, keeping in mind the ground requirements and the nature of the effluent, for our customers.What is Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)?Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) or Waste Water Recycling, is an efficiently designed system for industries, to prevent effluent discharge or any leftover liquid waste by bringing the waste water to a recyclable level and then reusing the same. With a comprehensive approach to water cycle, we provide turnkey solutions to industries and provide for their needs in recycling and reuse of industrial wastewater, thus contributing to the greater good of conserving our environment in all its natural glory.ZLD is basically an effluent treatment plant, which in totality eliminates waste water discharge and maximizes water recovery for reuse through combination of systems like micro filtration, ultra filtration, nano filtration and reverse osmosis (R.O.) system. A high TDS stream is generated through these systems which is then evaporated in a cost-effective manner to ensure a proper solid-liquid separation. After the final solid-liquid separation, the salt obtained, may be reused in plant or can be disposed of at an appropriate waste dumping site. The condensed liquid is reused in the plant.Our team has the in-depth knowledge, practical know-how, technical understanding and requirements which will further help you bring down the cost of the entire system. Our strength lies in understanding the needs of the plant and offering the best combination of cost effectiveness and efficient evaporation solutions.The technique works on solid-liquid separation by evaporation of the wastewater, which is not reusable, in evaporators. The solid waste with moisture is then streamed through dewatering units. Depending on the need of the plant, specific systems are designed and deployed.
