Performance of the cooling tower is based on the wet bulb temperature of the region. They have a peculiar non clogging capability that ejects hot water with the help of spray nozzles. There is a hot water inlet from which hot water passes through perforated branch pipes which evenly dispenses water with the help of nozzles. The water is sprayed at equal distances on the fills at a reasonable pump head in the tower.This water is then distributed over heat exchange fills after which the water flows downwards in a form of thin film which remains in direct contact with the ambient air that moves in the upward direction.Square Single Cell cooling tower is one of the economical designs in cooling tower which gives good efficiency and easy maintenance for the tower. They operate by induced draught counter flow principle.The entire MS Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) structure is designed to bear the weight of the tower. The tower is available in with/without basin option.The cooling tower is available in various sizes as per the need of the client or industry. We supply a single cell in a range from 5 TR to 750 TR.With our special design, we are able to offer "Energy Efficiency Series" in Square Single Cell cooling towers that consume lower fan motor HP than most of competition cooling towers.
