10/12Microns thermal transfer BOPET film no corona treatment (APIG-267; H.S. 3920620000). Plain BOPET base film for thermal transfer ribbon (TTR) and barcode ribbon converters — supplied without corona treatment to preserve a clean surface for coating/layering by the ribbon manufacturer. Thickness 10 µm (KME) and 12 µm (KME); yield 71.4 / 59.5 m²/kg; MVTR 42 / 40 g/m²/24 hr @ 38°C 90% RH; oxygen permeability 100 / 96 cc²/24 hr @ 23°C 65% RH; density 1.4 g/cc (ASTM D-1505); wetting tension 54 dyne/cm (treated); tensile 1900 kg/cm²; elongation 90%; slip 0.5; haze 3.5%; light transmission 86%; melting point 255°C; max width 1005 mm; length 18,000–24,000 m. Low haze, high transmittance, dimensional stability suited to thermal-transfer printing and ribbon conversion.
