Product Details
BOPET film 6.0 microns (APIG-287; H.S. 3920620000; product code BOPET-6.0mic / PETT-6.0µm / A270). Plain biaxially oriented polyester base film with good thermal stability and tenacity and low air/water permeability; applicable to vacuum aluminum plating, compound packaging, and cooking bags. Good ink and coating adhesion for multi-color printing with good flatness; used in heat-sealing bags for frozen food and in industrial and cosmetics packaging. Thickness bands available 12-25µm, 75-150µm, 185-380µm, 500µm; widths 200-1200mm; lengths 500-12,000m; wound on 76.2-152.4mm paper shaft. Full technical test report (GB/T 16958-2008, BOPET-6.0mic / A270): tensile ≥170 MPa (258.5/266.7); elongation ≤200% (98.9/99.5); heat shrinkage ≤3.0% (2.36/0.06); modulus 4863/4560 MPa; friction 0.45/0.46; wetting treated ≥48 (60), untreated 43; gloss ≥100 (128.9); haze ≤8.0 (3.43); transmittance 90.5%; WVTR ≤6.6 (3.2); O2 ≤2.25e-15 (1.85e-15). 6.0µm gauge is the thinnest commonly supplied BOPET plain film — ideal for high-barrier lightweight laminations and lightweight metallized bases.
