Mill Power SSH10D (10 HP) Atta Chakki Machine for Small Business is a commercial-grade flour grinding machine engineered for high output, stable torque, and consistent fineness in continuous daily operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), it is ideal for mini flour mills, grain shops, local atta points, institutional kitchens, and small food-processing units that need reliable production with low downtime. SSH10D operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, ensuring smooth performance under heavy load. With a 10 HP motor (motor price extra as per Crompton or other make), it delivers up to 100 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption. The machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure for rigidity and vibration control, and uses a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure for hygienic flour handling. For consistent grinding quality, SSH10D features an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting smooth milling and uniform output. Flour fineness can be adjusted using the included 6-screen set with all accessories, enabling texture selection for wheat atta, multi-grain flour, and other grinding needs. To maintain steady flow and prevent overload, the unit includes a 2-step hopper mechanism for controlled feeding, helping stabilize current draw and improve uniformity. For safety and monitoring, it comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism plus an AMP meter & optimal cable setup. Installation is simplified because no foundation is required. As per SSHD series design, SSH10D is configured with no belt or pulley mechanism, reducing wear-and-tear and routine maintenance. Suitable for grinding wheat, rice, maize/corn, millets, ragi, jowar, besan, all types of dal, and select dry items like small-size black pepper, sugar, and dry leaves (as per dryness and screen selection).
