BTI Wire straightening cum cutting off machine BTI M-012, Special unique design for cutting and straightening 4 mm to 12 mm mild steel, Stainless steel, Copper, Brass and Aluminium wire. It is a heavy duty machine to fill the gap of 10 to 13mm Wire straightening cutting machines. Main reason to develop this model is to serve the customer demand of less than half inch wire cutting & straightening requirement by cost effective & high performance machine. They are widely used in Industries concerned with Manufacturing of Fasteners, Steel furniture, Locks, R.C.C Pipes, Kitchen wares, Spring makers, "U" bolts, "J" Hooks, Bright Bars , Fan Shafts, Auto parts, Scooter Accessories, Ribbed TMT Wires and many more.
Suitable for 4 – 12 mm (Mild Steel Drawn Wire)
(Feeding Cap: - 90’ feet per minute)
(Cutting Cap: - up to 70’ feet per minute) *
*(Depending upon the diameter, the quality of wire and length of cut)
