For manufacturing plastic bottles, experts rely on a state-of-the-art blow molding machine. With this particular process, a manufacturer produces a broad range of finished products in varying sizes and shapes.Two main types of processes exist: One-step injection molding – the melted polymer is injected into the final shape of the container in a cold mold, it's then released. Two-step injection molding – the first step in the injection of melted plastic in a mold, resulting in the creation of a preform.The PET bottle blow moulding process works by reheating a pre-moulded PET preform which is then automatically positioned into a mould. High pressure food grade compressed air is then injected into the preform which expands to form the shape of the mould.As part of the bottle preparation process, before filling, the Flip-type Bottle Blowing Machine delivers pressurized air to the internal and external parts of the bottle to remove any foreign material that may have settled in it.
