The 250 KG Ribbon Blender with Spray System by Micron India is designed for uniform mixing of dry powders and granules with controlled addition of liquids during the mixing process. It is suitable for applications where oils, flavouring solutions, binders, or other compatible liquid ingredients need to be distributed evenly throughout a powder blend.
The machine consists of a horizontal U-shaped mixing trough fitted with inner and outer helical ribbons. The ribbons move the material in opposite directions to promote efficient mixing, while spray nozzles distribute liquid over the moving product.
