A Hopper Concrete Mixer is popularly known as a cement mixer. The concrete mixers from Jay pee are used to mix cement, aggregates like sand, gravel and water to form quality concrete and form a strong base for buildings.A concrete mixer (often colloquially called a cement mixer) is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. A typical concrete mixer uses a revolving drum to mix the components.It does that by using a vacuum placed on top of the hopper. This vacuum is caused by a fan, connected to an electric motor. As the fan spins it sucks air out of the sealed hopper chamber, causing a significant drop in pressure.
