O-500 Lph. A UV water purification system only de-activate bacteria and viruses, but does not remove harmful chemicals and dissolved solids present in your drinking water. Only the Reverse Osmosis Purification technology can ensure complete purification of your drinking water.Essentially, reverse osmosis filtration works by forcing water molecules through a semipermeable membrane that filters out contaminants, and this type of filtration is more effective than many other options.Water is fed to the raw water pump into the sand filter, which removes suspended solids from water. Step 2: The water then flows to the activated carbon filter for dichlorination. Step 3: Water is further passed to a micron cartridge filter for fine filtration.There are two types of RO plants; one is the domestic RO plant made to suit the needs at a smaller level. The second is the commercial/industrial RO plant made to suit water needs at a more significant level like schools, hospitals, etc.Here's a quick way to figure out how much RO actually produces: The GPD calculation. Simply divide the number by 24 to get an hourly water production rate. 5760/128 (ounces per gallon) = 45 gallons/day.
