Mill Power BP10SS304 (10 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a heavy-duty pulverizer designed for hygienic spice processing, high-volume output, and consistent fineness. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this SS304 full-body model is ideal for masala manufacturers, spice wholesalers, food-processing units, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal businesses that require corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and stable daily production. BP10SS304 is built with a SS304 stainless steel full body using heavy-duty ISI metals, ensuring long life and better suitability for food-contact operations. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per site power availability. With 10 HP power, it delivers around 100 kg/hr production capacity (material dependent) with approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For stable grinding and uniform output, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, which helps reduce vibration and maintain smooth running during continuous batches. The machine comes with a 3-screen set and all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For monitoring and overload protection, BP10SS304 includes an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and operate safely. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and operating load, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer across different spice and herb grinding loads. BP10SS304 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent quality and batch-to-batch uniformity. Mill Power also offers the complete BP series—BP2 to BP50—with production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr to match different business scales.
