Mill Power BP3SS304 (3 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a commercial-duty pulverizer designed for hygienic spice processing, uniform fineness, and stable continuous operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), this SS304 full-body variant is ideal for small masala units, spice shops, food startups, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that prefer a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean machine for daily production. BP3SS304 is built with a SS304 stainless steel full body using heavy-duty ISI metals, offering strong durability and better suitability for food-contact environments. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per installation requirement. With 3 HP power, it delivers around 30 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 2.2 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For consistent grinding and smoother running, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stability during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For safety and load monitoring, BP3SS304 comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and avoid overload. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring and workload, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model need, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spices and herbs. BP3SS304 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, supporting consistent quality and batch uniformity.
