Mill Power BP3 (3 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact commercial pulverizer engineered for uniform spice grinding, consistent fineness, and stable day-to-day operation. Built by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP3 is a strong choice for small masala units, spice shops, cloud kitchens, food startups, and ayurvedic/herbal processors needing dependable output in a cost-effective setup. BP3 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, manufactured with heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life and robust shop-floor performance. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per site power. With 3 HP power, it delivers around 30 kg/hr production capacity (material dependent) with approx. 2.2 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running and consistent grinding results, BP3 uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and support continuous batch operation. The machine comes with a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For monitoring and safety, BP3 includes an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and avoid overload conditions. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor condition and working load, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is designed with a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spice and herb grinding loads. BP3 is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent quality and batch uniformity. Mill Power also offers the full BP series—BP2 to BP50—covering production capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr for different business scales.
