35 Station B tooling Double Sided Rotary High Speed Tablet Press Machine is a machine with 35 stations and two sides that rotates to press tablets for pharmaceutical manufacturing in large quantities. It is constructed from SS-316 stainless steel to prevent corrosion and contamination. The mechanism turns between 17 and 40 times every minute while it applies a force of 6.5 tons. There are between 70 000 and 168 000 tablets created every hour by this device. B-type tooling is used so that the machine can form tablets with a diameter of up to 16 mm. In this design the components are easy to clean plus resist wear during the compression process. To maintain speed, the internal parts move continuously to shape the material.
