Mechanical grippers invert the bottles and rinse them with purified water or a sanitizing solution to remove dust or debris. [1] Volumetric Filling: The machine operates on a gravity or pressure-filling principle, where liquid flows directly into the bottles using its own weight. The PLC ensures precise volume control with no spillage. Capping: Cap feeders orient the caps (often sterilized with U.V. light) and place them on the bottles. Automated tightening heads seal the bottles to prevent leaks.
