Surface Grinding Machine, 450 x 225 mm , 5 HP with a table size of 450 mm by 225 mm and a 5 HP motor serves workshops that need exact flat faces on metal parts. The active grinding zone covers 450 mm by 150 mm - the unit accepts small and medium components. The five-horse-power drive keeps wheel speed steady during long production runs. A semi automatic control cycle moves the table back and forth but also lifts the wheel at the end of each pass - the operator only sets stops and thickness then loads as well as unloads parts. The casting is rigid, ways are hand scraped and seals keep grit out of the slideways - daily upkeep stays limited. Units are on the shelf for factories or traders who want repeatable micro inch finishes on steel, cast iron or non ferrous plates.
