500 x 200 mm Surface Grinding Machine, 3 HP is a high-performance machine designed for precision grinding of metal components. The table handles parts up to the same footprint and removes up to 200 kilograms of material every hour. A three horsepower electric motor drives the wheel without faltering under factory loads. The system feeds the table plus dresses the wheel under program control but the operator sets the final depth and pace - accuracy stays high while output rises. The unit ships factory new but also remains in stock for immediate delivery. Cast iron frames, hardened ways and thick steel weldments keep vibration low during long runs. The machine performs only metal grinding but it achieves mirror flat finishes on tool steel, mild steel, alloy plates as well as hardened bushings.
