Mill Power SSH5 (5 HP) Atta Chakki Machine is a heavy-duty flour grinding machine designed for steady output, consistent fineness, and low-maintenance operation. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), SSH5 is ideal for small flour points, grain shops, hostels, farms, and semi-commercial setups that need reliable daily grinding with strong build quality. This model comes with motor included, delivering up to 50 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 3.6 kWh power consumption. SSH5 supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase, making it suitable for both domestic-heavy and business installations. The machine is built with a durable SS202 body structure and SS202 Jindal steel cabinet for long life and hygienic handling. For consistent grinding performance, it uses an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism engineered for smooth milling across multiple grains. To control flour texture, SSH5 includes an 8-screen set with all accessories, allowing fineness selection as per customer requirement. For safe operation and load monitoring, the machine is equipped with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism and AMP meter with cable. Installation is simple because no foundation is required, and the no belt or pulley mechanism reduces wear-and-tear, lowering routine maintenance. The dual hopper mechanism helps regulate feed rate for steadier grinding flow and more uniform output. SSH5 is suitable for grinding wheat, rice, maize/corn, millet, ragi, jowar, besan, all types of dal, plus select dry items like small-size black pepper, sugar, and dry leaves (as per dryness and correct screen selection).
