Hydraulic Triple Compression Scrap Baling Press– Model – "Deluxe". Basically our machines consist of a heavy-duty Horizontal Fabricated type main press with 5 nos. Hydraulic cylinders double acting type in built Hydraulic power pack unit. The machines are built according to the international guidelines. Individual solenoid operated valves are provided to control the direction & ram movement .The Electric motor starter will also be provided at the front side of the Press. They are delivered in 100% functional condition. All the Hydraulic cylinders consist of imported Seal – kits from Parker, Germany, NOK Japan for long trouble & leakage free operations. In the following, please find further technical elements:-General:-Before dispatch of your machine, we will carry out extensive tests, which we consider as a "company internal acceptance trial" and which guarantees you the quality of the product Also included are manual-book for basic machine operation, maintenance hydraulic and electrical schematics as well as a spare part list. Limitations:-AEC does not provide foundations, platforms, oil fillings, connection to water, waste and electrical lines. AEC machines are equipped with loading and unloading support devices when dispatched. These devices Helps you to handle the heavy machine parts easily and place them at your site.
