A 500KG Octagonal Blender is a heavy-duty powder blending machine designed for homogeneous mixing of dry powders and granules in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, ceramic, and allied industries. The octagonal shape provides excellent tumbling action for uniform blending with low RPM and minimum heat generation.

Working Principle
The material is loaded into the octagonal-shaped container up to approximately two-thirds of its volume. As the blender rotates at slow speed, the material continuously tumbles from all sides, producing rapid and homogeneous mixing with minimal particle size reduction.
