Our Wire Straightening & Cutting Machine Model BTI M-05 is one of the most preferred machines in the wire industries. It has double feed rollers to help continuous wire feeding. Due to its High speed rotating spinner it gives exact straight wire. It gives best performance in1.50mm to 5 mm mild steel, Stainless steel, Copper, Brass and Aluminium wire. BTI M-05 is used to cut straightened required length rods from wire coils. Ideally suitable for Welding Electrodes, R.C.C Pipe wires, Hand crafts items, Toys industries, Fan Covers, Wire Mesh plants, Umbrellas, Wire fence, Spring making, Kitchen wares.
Suitable for 1.5 mm – 5 mm (Mild Steel Wire)
(Feeding Cap: - 90’ feet per minute)
(Cutting Cap: - up to 75’ feet per minute) *
*(Depending upon the diameter, the quality of wire and length of cut)
