The 80 Ton PVDL Series Injection Moulding Machine is a tool for the manufacture of plastic parts. It operates with a maximum injection pressure of 1090 kg/cm². The machine moves a maximum shot weight of 218 gms (PS) plus it is for applications that are small or medium in size. For the formation of parts, the mould clamping stroke is 250 mm and the mould thickness capacity is 225 mm. By using a 3-ton nozzle force, the machine remains steady and moves with accuracy. As the machine occupies a floor space of 2.4 × 1.6 × 3.1 meters, it uses a small amount of area in a factory.
