The PV Series Plastic Injection Molding Machines are machines that work by themselves to make plastic components that are exact and productive. With a capacity of 100 tons, the devices apply a force that is strong enough to keep the mold steady plus correct when the equipment runs. It is a specification of the tool that the pressure for injection is 1733 Kg/cm² and this force is what makes the material move at a rate that is steady. As the machine uses a screw with a 30 mm diameter and a speed of 250 RPM, it melts the plastic efficiently but also reduces the time required for each cycle. Due to the 3-ton force of the ejector, the machine pushes finished parts out in a smooth and reliable manner.
