The VT 160 Ton Injection Moulding Machine is an automatic system that functions at a high level to manufacture plastic components for industrial uses. It operates with a capacity of 160 tons so that it can clamp moulds with force and stability for precision during production. There is a heating capacity of 10.4 HP and an electric motor of 20 HP to provide a consistent but also energy saving operation. In the 350-litre tank, the hydraulic system performs without interruption during cycles of continuous production. With an ejector force of 5 tons, the machine pushes parts out in an easy and accurate manner. It is a structure that weighs 5.6 tons as well as has specific spacing between tie bars to ensure that the unit remains stable and lasts for a long time in an industrial environment.
