The Mild Steel Golf Bag Riveting Machine, 280V, 930x550x1700mm gives steady power for every cycle. It drives 23 mm rivets, the size normally specified for heavy duty golf-bag frames. A throat depth of 550 mm leaves plenty of room to position bulky or awkward workpieces. The frame is welded from mild steel plate plus box section - it stays square and absorbs the hammering of long production runs. Overall size is 930 mm front-to-back, 550 mm side-to-side, 1700 mm high - weight is 370 kg, low enough to move with a pallet truck but high enough to dampen vibration. The machine ships fully adjusted and requires only a 280 V supply but also compressed air to start placing clean, repeatable rivets in golf bag assemblies.
