Back-Lit Console:
Additional features like the easy-to-use electronic console with a back-lit LCD display lets you track your progress and get readings while a built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder keep you fresh even while training intensively. Add more rhythm to your workout by hooking up any apple or MP3 player listening devices into the console with built in speakers for easy listening.

Strong Frame:
There are four wheels that ride on heavy duty rails as extra stabilizers, so users can consistently pedal in an upright posture. The combination of a heavy 34 lb. flywheel and a high gear ratio not found on comparable models means an extremely smooth feel with plenty of resistance at the top end for a machine that will provide a challenging workout.
The SOLE E95 uses heavy 38 mm steel that�s designed to support user weight of up to 360lbs. All SOLE ellipticals feature epoxy powder coated paint, baked to appliance finish durability. Incline Design:

Custom Designed Foot Pedals:
Oversized foot pedals add more comfort to workouts. SOLE listened to the preference of enthusiasts and collaborated with a leading physical therapist to come up with the unique 2 degree inward tilt, which reduces ankle and knee impact. This is a feature other manufacturers don't pay attention to.

Console Features:
There are 10 challenging programs to choose from. All training programs make the best of their respective emphasis � from the cardio intensity of �Fat Burn� to the added benefits of muscle toning through �Strength.� Both the Manual and the User Defined program enable the freedom to self-design for starters and for those who train rigorously. Additionally, the User Defined program saves two users� profiles for the convenience of the next workout.

Monitor And Record Your Workout Data:
SOLE Fitness App connects to your Treadmill, Bike or Elliptical via Bluetooth. You can view current workout data in three different Display screens on your device. Easily switch back and forth from the workout display view to internet/social media/email sites via icons on the display screen. When your workout is finished, the data is automatically uploaded to your personal calendar for future reference. SOLE Fitness App can share workout data to HealthKitApp,Fitbit,Record,MapMyFitness,Facebook and Twitter.

Hill:
Resistance in the pedals will steadily increase and then decrease during the program, simulating hill climbs.

Fat Burn:
Maximizes the burning of fat. A lower exertion level staying at a steady workload is the best. Keep heart rate at around 60 % to 70% of its max HR for best results.

Cardio:
Increases cardiovascular function and endurance. It will build up heart muscle and increase blood flow and lung capacity. Incorporates a higher level of exertion with slight fluctuations in work.
