The offered aggregate feeding belt conveyors are provided with motors, gearboxes and rubber belts for smooth operations. These aggregate feeding belt conveyor products has an arrangement for compartment batcher, radial conveyors and shuttle conveyors for in-line type aggregate storage bins.Belt feeders are essentially short belt conveyors, used for handling fairly light, fine, abrasive, free flowing materials. The rate can be controlled by an adjustable gate and/or by varying the belt speed. These units are typically placed under storage facilities such as silos, surge hoppers, load hoppers, etc.There are three different types of conveyor belts: the basic belt, snake sandwich belt and long belt.There are two basic types of conveyors: powered and gravity. Powered conveyors have some sort of external energy source to keep the items on the conveyor moving, typically by manipulating the conveyor surface.A conveyor belt works by using two motorized pulleys that loop over a long stretch of thick, durable material. When motors in the pulleys operate at the same speed and spin in the same direction, the belt moves between the two.These are aggregate plant machines that are used to supply and regulate the entrance flow to the various processing machines, mainly the crushers, which receive the material from the hoppers.
