Agglomeration machines are used for physically transform loose plastic material into chips suitable to be fed the hopper of an extruder.the process usually involves incorporation of air into the compounded latex concentrate, usually with the use of a foamer. A gelling agent is then introduced, and the foamed latex is allowed to gel in a mold. Curing is carried out at 100°C, after which the product is washed and dried.The most commonly used raw materials for the production of gloves are natural rubber latex (generally referred to as latex), nitrile butadiene rubber (or simply, nitrile) and polyvinylchloride (commonly called vinyl or PVC gloves). We also use synthetic polyisoprene to manufacture certain products.Industrial hand gloves serve as an item of protective apparel for workers in factories. They are classified under Cut-Slash Protection as well as Thermal Protection. Gloves are best for protection from rough objects, sparks and heat, and for cushioning from blows in heavy-duty work requirements.
