Due to the pourability of plastic granules, it is a bulk good similar to sand or gravel and simplifies the transport of the granulesPlastic granules obtained through recycling can be further used to produce packaging wrapping, carrying sacks, buckets, cups, plastic profiles etc. The main reason that plastic is still used is because it has many legitimate usesThe main process steps are - a) Plastic waste/scraps are first segregated according to grade and quality b)Then cleaned and washed, dried up c) The cleaned waste is fed into extruder where it gets melted, comes out from the die as strands d) The strands are fed into a cutter and collected as granules.
