ENERGY COMBUSTION, Ahmedabad importer and suppliers of MADAS brand Air Gas Ratio Regulator (Zero Governor). The AG/RC MADAS Ratio Regulator is a gas control device used to maintain a precise air-to-gas ratio or to keep the downstream pressure at zero, depending on its application in combustion systems or gas supply installations. Main Features Maintains air-gas ratios adjustable from 1:1 up to 1:10 (with modification kits for other proportional mixes). Functions as a zero pressure governor, ensuring downstream pressure remains at zero regardless of flow variation. Suitable for use with dry, non-aggressive gases including natural gas, LPG, propane, and others. Available in sizes from DN15 up to DN100, with threaded or flanged connections based on size. Maximum inlet pressure is typically 500 mbar; outlet pressure can be set between 0.2 and 120 mbar. Construction material: Die-cast aluminum body. Designed for industrial use, compliance with EN88-1 and EN13611 standards. Application Modes Zero Governor Mode: Keeps the downstream pressure at zero, ideal for supplying gas to venturi-operated burners and similar systems. Ratio Regulator Mode: Maintains a constant and adjustable air-gas ratio, critical for efficient and safe combustion systems. Installation and Versions Regular and compact versions are available for different installation requirements. Suitable for use in environments with temperatures between -20 °C to +60 °C. Some models are available for biogas and select gas mixtures. This device is widely used in industrial gas trains to ensure precise fuel delivery and efficient combustion. Its flexibility in ratio settings and reliable performance makes it a common choice in modern heating and processing systems.
