Pre Filters can be cleaned, Dried & taken for storage. For this application we recommend 100% Dryness level because the filters are to be stored and used whenever it is required. In some applications, the AHU Filters might require to be fitted into the AHU directly after drying, In this case the Filters may be dried with 90-95% dryness level. TWO FILTER CLEANING NON FLP VERSION FLP VERSION FOUR FILTER CLEANING De- Dusting Process: High-pressurized air is used to dry dust particles from the filter, which are then collected in a sump and transferred to a dust collector for segregation. NON FLP VERSION FLP VERSION High Pressure Spraying system : A powerful water jet impacts the filter, loosening dust and dirt, which is mixed with water and collected as dirty water in the sump. Hot Air Dryer : Hot air (85-90°C) is directed at the filter to remove remaining moisture and dust, ensuring the filter is thoroughly cleaned and dried.
