The Rail Bearingcleaning Plant are designed to clean all kinds of bearings to meet out the cleaning demands in various industries such as Railways, Aerospace, Steel Mills, Mining & Rolling Mills. It is capable if cleaning & Drying of bearings, chocks within a cycle time of 15- 20 mins depending upon the requirements & its Productivity. All the contaminations such as grease, grimes,dust, oil, etc can be removed in this system BEARING CLEANING PLANT The loading of Bearings into the Fixture /Pallet is done through crane arrangement. All cleaning process is performed automatically without any manual intervention. Here cleaning cycle is performed in 3 process. Once process starts, the bearings loaded in to the Fixture /Pallet rotation happens by High Pressure Washing Pump starts with high flow through nozzle system arranged on all sides thereby creating strong turbulence through rotating the baskets. Suitable chemical will be mixed at certain concentration level which sprays the washing liquid at a temperature of 70°C - 75°C. SEQUENCE OF CLEANING PROCESS After High Pressure Washing, Rinsing is done to remove the Alkaline presence on the bearings. Then Hot Air drying will be done by centrifugal blower & air heater at temperature of 90°C - 95°C so that the bearings which are coming out after drying process can be taken directly to Inspection The Rail Bearing Cleaning Plant is capable of delivering Output from 200 – 250 Bearings /Day. Suitable Rust Inhibitor will be added in to the Wash Tanks based on the Idle time of Bearings. The Machine can be customized & Optimized based on the cleaning tasks through comprehensive range of accessories.
