ABHIMART Disc stack Centrifuge separates liquid-liquid or liquid-solid mixtures based on density by using high-speed rotation (up to 10,000 -force) to create sedimentation. The mixture enters a bowl filled with stacked conical discs, which shorten the settling distance for particles, accelerating separation. Denser solids/liquids move outward to the wall, while lighter liquids move inward.separates Liquid Liquid and fine solids continulusly. The rotation of Disc Stag Centrifuge will be vertically. The conical make disc stack is fixed inside the bowl. The mixture of two immiscible liquid and fine particles feed inlet at the top of the stationary arrangement feed tubes. The bowl rorates at high speed and generate high amount of G Force. Immiscible liquids separated and discharged through two outlet ports provided at the top. The fine solids resting inside. Key Components and Process: Disc Stack: The heart of the machine, comprising many conical discs, splits the liquid into thin layers, increasing the surface area for efficient separation. Centrifugal Separation: Denser components (solid particles or heavy liquid) are forced outward towards the bowl wall. Light Phase Movement: Less dense liquids move toward the center and are discharged. Solids Discharge: Accumulated solids are removed periodically (intermittent discharge) or continuously (nozzles) through the periphery. Applications: Commonly used for clarifying beverages (wine, beer), dairy processing (milk skimming), and separating oil-water mixtures. Working Principles Details: Density Difference: Separation requires a density difference between components. The higher the difference, the easier the separation. Shortened Distance: The stacked discs (spaced 0.4–2 mm apart) mean particles only travel a short distance to be separated, boosting efficiency. Continuous Operation: It operates continuously, taking in raw liquid and discharging separated phases without stopping
