The Aluminum and Foil Printing Machine is a high-speed, fully automated solution designed for efficient foil printing applications. Being able to be printed at maximum speed ranges of 120-180 meters per minute, web width choice from 20 up to 80 inches makes it possible to execute major printing projects with precision. It can take up to 10 colors of printing. Its capabilities range from taking up to 300-micron film thickness up to paper thickness ranging between 20 to 300 gsm. It can support a number of substrates. Being a three-phase machine powered by a 5 HP electric motor at 320V and 50 Hz, it does guarantee effective work. Equipped with industrially reliable aluminum or steel rollers, it also comes with a very strong rewind system with a 1000 mm reel diameter for smooth operations with minimum downtime.
