A Foil Printing Machine is a specialized printing device used to apply metallic or colored foil onto various substrates, such as paper, cardboard, or plastic. Foil Printing Machine is used to print on materials with high speed in ranges from 120 to 180 meters per minute, permitting web widths that are between 20 and 80 inches. It does a versatile job since it prints in 1 to 10 colors. The use of this machine is for films with a thickness range of 6 to 300 microns and for paper that has a range of thicknesses from 20 to 300 gsm. It has rewind reels that can go as wide as 1000mm, and it has great material handling. It utilizes 5 HP electric motors, powered by a three phase system at 320V and 50Hz, with durable aluminum or steel rollers for reliable quality print performance.
