The ANELLO X3 is the world's smallest and lightest 3-Axis Optical Gyroscope Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), designed for next-generation autonomous systems and navigation in GPS-denied environments. Built on ANELLO's patented SiPhOG™ (Silicon Photonics Optical Gyroscope) technology, this compact IMU delivers ultra-low drift, high-reliability angular rate measurements trusted in aerospace, defense, robotics, UAVs, and industrial automation. Unlike traditional bulky optical gyroscopes, the ANELLO X3 integrates three independent SiPhOG™ units, each paired with a redundant 6-Axis MEMS IMU, providing 21 total sensor channels for maximum accuracy, redundancy, and fault detection. This unique hybrid design ensures low-noise, low-drift performance even under harsh conditions such as shock, vibration, and thermal gradients. Key highlights include: High Precision Gyroscope Performance: Bias instability < 0.5°/hr, Angular Random Walk < 0.05°/√hr, and scale factor error < 0.1%. Redundant MEMS IMUs: Triple 6-Axis MEMS IMUs (18 axes total) with bias instability of 20µg and 1.5°/hr, ensuring robust fault tolerance. Flexible Data Output: High-speed UART or RS-422 interface supporting up to 921600 baud and 200Hz sample rate. Time Synchronization: PPS/Sync input for precise alignment with external GNSS/GPS clocks.
