This device gives optimum performance for large scale metal sheets execution. The shear blade is set at an angle called the shear angle, and the cutting process is started when power is applied to the machine, and the shear is brought down on the workpiece. Shearing machines are multipurpose devices used in the cutting of alloys and other sheet metal. Some shearing machines use a scissor-like, angular shear action to cut metal into sheets or strips. Other, larger machines use a straight shear action with the blade fixed at an angle as opposed to the angular movement.
