Fully Automatic Assembly Line - PLC + HMI, Servo Driven automates assembly for industrial tasks that require high precision in the automotive, electrical and appliance sectors. It operates in a fully automatic manner so that production is efficient plus consistent. Because the frame is made of aluminium, the structure has low mass and lasts for a long time. In addition it is easy to place this machine into existing production lines. The system uses servo technology to move parts with high accuracy but also speed. By using those motors, the machine operates without sudden movements. On the control platform, there is a PLC and an HMI for users to monitor the machine as well as control the process. To ensure that the workplace is safe, the system includes light curtains that protect people during operation. For versatility the machine works for many tasks - those applications include the assembly of pumps, valves, switchgear and electrical components.
