(Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), it is ideal for mini flour mills, grain shops, local atta points, hostels, farms, and small food processing units that need reliable production with low downtime. This model operates on 415V, 50Hz, Three Phase, helping deliver steady torque and smooth running under load. With a 7.5 HP motor (motor price extra as per brand like Crompton or other make), it delivers 75–80 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with approx. 5.5 kWh power consumption. The machine is built on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure for rigidity and vibration control, along with a durable SS202 cabinet/body structure suited for hygienic flour handling environments. For consistent grinding results, MSH7.5DBS uses an Aluminium + Stainless Steel grinding mechanism paired with a Stainless Steel Balanced Beater, supporting uniform output and smoother operation. Flour fineness can be adjusted using the included 6-screen set with all accessories, allowing you to match different customer requirements for atta and multi-grain grinding. To maintain steady output and prevent overload, the machine includes a 2-step hopper mechanism for feed control—helping stabilize current draw and improve uniformity. It also comes with an Auto ON/OFF mechanism plus AMP meter & optimal cable setup for safer operation and load monitoring. Installation is easy because no foundation is required, making it practical for quick shop or business setup. Depending on series configuration, Mill Power provides drive options like double belt & pulley mechanism for MSHD series models or no belt/pulley mechanism for SSHD series models for maintenance planning.
