Tablet Coating System with cGMP Model is an equipment that coats the external surface of tablet using a thin film of coating material. Tablet Coating System include Basic Perforated Coating Pan, Spray Nozzles, Inlet Air Handling Unit, Exhaust Blower, Solution Tank, Peristaltic Pump, Bypass Damper. Reduces manufacturing cost by at least 10% to 15 %for each batch of tablets by savings in its Utility in terms of Air Consumption, Electricity and Steam, etc. Reduces coating time, increases productivity of Tablets than any other system. Increased solids concentration in solutions and enormous saving of coating solution by at least 15-20% “Sigma Coat” is a range of advanced tablet coating systems which ensures the process of coating to be more efficient, reliable, flexible, user friendly and controllable. This high quality tablet coating system is designed for small volume to a large scale production size batches. Basic machine is in Flame Proof Motor Construction.
