Automatic Aluminium Cap Sealing Machine is a compact model used for sealing of aluminium caps on vials. Depending on the output required the numbers of sealing heads changes. ( As per customer’s requirements)Automatic capping machines are used in the food and beverage industry, chemical industry, e-liquid industry, pharmaceutical industry, and countless others. The Relia-Cap applies plastic and metal threaded caps onto plastic, glass and metal containers.It helps in easy and speedy sealing. The method is used for different types of containers and mostly used for foods, drugs, chemicals and petroleum products. The Heat Induction Sealer (HIS) or Heat Induction Liners play a crucial part in the sealing process. HIS Liner consists of four layers viz.They work by cutting the product into precise shapes with a rotating blade, and then creating a watertight seal with a vacuum. This keeps the product fresher for longer, and seals in flavor and nutrients. sealing machines are used to seal various products, including food and packaging.The CAP Principle states that it is not possible to build a distributed system that guarantees consistency, availability, and resistance to partitioning.Capping is a three-step process that utilizes the enzymes RNA triphosphatase, guanylyltransferase, and methyltransferase. Through a series of three steps, the cap is added to the first nucleotide's 5' hydroxyl group of the growing mRNA strand while transcription is still occurring.
