Our organization is developing and elevating in accordance with the market demands and trends from time to time.  Automatic Asphalt Drum Mix Plant efficiently produces hot mix asphalt (HMA) by continuously drying aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in a rotating drum, using automated controls for precise material proportioning, leading to high-quality, consistent road surfacing material for construction projects, with models varying in capacity and mobility. How it Works (Simplified) Aggregate Feeding: Cold aggregates (crushed stone, sand) are fed into the system. Drying & Heating: They enter a rotating dryer drum where a burner heats them while tumbling, removing moisture and bringing them to the required temperature. Mixing: Mineral filler (powder) and bitumen (liquid asphalt) are added to the hot aggregates within the drum. Automated Control: Sensors and PLC systems automatically control the flow of materials, ensuring correct proportions for a consistent mix. Discharge: The finished hot mix asphalt is discharged for transportation to the paving site.  Key Features Automation: Computerized systems manage weighing, drying, and mixing for accuracy.
