Our organization is developing and elevating in accordance with the market demands and trends from time to time. Mild Steel (MS) Bitumen Tank is a durable, often heated, container made from low-carbon steel (like A36) designed for storing, transporting, or processing hot liquid asphalt (bitumen) for road construction and other applications, featuring robust construction, often with heating coils and insulation, and available in various capacities (tons/MT) from manufacturers across India.  Key Features & Purpose Material: Constructed from Mild Steel (MS), a cost-effective and strong steel, often specified as A36 grade for better corrosion resistance. Function: Holds viscous bitumen, which requires heating to remain liquid for handling, pumping, and application in road paving. Heating: Typically includes internal heating coils (electric or oil-fired) to maintain the bitumen at required high temperatures (e.g., 150-180°C). Types: Can be stationary storage tanks, mobile road tankers for transport, or decanter tanks for processing. Capacity: Available in various sizes, from small units to large-scale 10, 25, or 30+ Metric Ton (MT) tanks. Construction: Welded internally and externally for strength, often with insulation to conserve heat.  Common Applications Storage at asphalt mixing plants (bitumen boiler/storage tanks).
