Automatic concrete batching plant can produce concrete automatically under the control of PLC system. Advanced equipment and technology makes the whole concrete production easier and faster. AIMIX mainly can supply users two types of automatic batching plants: semi automatic type and fully automatic type.Automatic Batching Plant is used to transport the ingredients for making concrete or to prepare concrete for further processing. Operated automatically, the output of these plants can be up to 20 cum per hour. For better mobility, this plant is provided with pneumatic wheels.A ready mix plant consolidates all elements apart from water at the concrete plant. This blend is then released into a ready-mix truck, otherwise called a concrete transport truck. Water is then added to the blend in the truck and mixed amid transport to the site.
