The Bharat Pharmatech company manufactures the Automatic Capsule Filling Machine BG-ACF-25 so that pharmaceutical facilities produce capsules efficiently. The machine consists of a frame made of SS 302 grade stainless steel and components that touch the medicine made of AISI SS 316 grade stainless steel. It is resistant to rust and stays clean because of those metallic properties. Power for the device is 415 V on a 3-phase electrical system. It uses 6 HP of energy during operation. There are various sizes of capsules from 00 - 5 that the machine fills. By utilizing this system, operators fill a maximum of 25 000 capsules every hour.
