Product Details
Automatic Induction Sealing Machine for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and healthcare industries. Induction sealing machines increases the shelf life of the product by providing the air tight and water proof sealing on the periphery of the bottle/jars. On the processing line Bottles/Jar are first filled with the product and then the plastic cap containing an aluminum foil liner (WAD) is put on the jar which is then passed though the electromagnetic chamber via a conveyorized system. The induction sealer transmits Electromagnetic energy to the foil liner, generating heat and seals the wad (foil) on the periphery of the jar. A simple electronic panel for setting up the time delay and adjusting the speed of the conveyor belt for optimum sealing speed and accuracy.
