Product Details
The Automatic Induction Sealer Machine is a tool that seals pouches and containers on automated packaging lines. It is part of the ETS-AI SERIES plus can process 2500 pouches every hour. For cleanliness and protection against rust, the machine consists of stainless steel. With a sealing diameter that measures 120 mm, it fits standard sizes for caps but also openings. On a 220 V power supply, the unit uses 2 kW of electricity to generate heat. Due to the way induction heating works, it creates seals that do not break easily on compatible materials. At a weight of 100 kg, the device is heavy and strong but it is small enough to fit into current production systems. To save space the design is efficient. In its operation the machine makes seals stronger to prevent leaks as well as keep products fresh for a longer time. By using this method, the system joins materials together without the heating elements touching the containers directly.
