Product Details
The Semi Automatic Shuttle Type MAP Tray & Cup Sealing Machine creates a vacuum and a modified atmosphere for food products. The machine is constructed from aluminum or SS-304 stainless steel. It removes 99.5% of the air from the container. To complete a cycle, the device flushes the container with gas, seals the lid and cuts the film. It performs this process 2 - 3 times every minute. On the control panel, a PLC or HMI system manage the operations. In the mechanical assembly, pneumatic components move with high accuracy to ensure the seals do not leak. There are options to change the tray molds for different container shapes. And the machine maintains a uniform quality across every package.
